Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and maintaining a calm, positive environment throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Strong communication skills with nursing staff
Ability to work effectively during PM shifts
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
