Job Summary

• Resort Maintenance Technicians perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of Sun’s resorts, conducting building maintenance repairs and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment & various utility systems.
• Key responsibilities include completing minor repairs to rental units and facilities, routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs in plumbing, sewage, construction & street repair, inspecting and maintaining recreational amenities, and ensuring the resort is presentable and inviting at all times.
