Base: £37,088.24 (FTE £82,400); Benefits: 23 days’ holiday pro rata (rising to 27) with opportunity to buy extra leave, auto enrolment pension, life assurance, cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks’ fully paid maternity/adoption/shared parental leave, two weeks paternity pay, voluntary benefits
