Job Summary
The Performance & Improvements Team is responsible for driving a wide range of improvement activities, from minor process enhancements to major research and development projects.
This role involves supporting the definition and delivery of a 12-month improvement plan, reviewing and reducing the MAIT Cost Base, and implementing the Operational Excellence System (OES) within MAIT.
Benefits include a salary of £23,850, 37 hours per week with flexible and hybrid working, half-day Fridays, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
