  • The Clinical Research Assistant works closely with study participants, study investigators, and a multidisciplinary research team to ensure high-quality data collection and adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check, and a drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, or a medically related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • One to four years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with human subjects research procedures, REDCap, or structured data collection
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
  • Comfort working directly with study participants and following structured protocols
