This role provides technical leadership across the global Micron network to drive yield, product quality, and New Product Introduction through deep expertise.
You will work closely with teams across Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States to ensure products meet performance and reliability requirements within aggressive schedules.
The position requires fostering technical innovation by characterizing device failure modes using deep knowledge of device architecture, physics, and packaging interactions.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
2+ years experience in Product Integration or Yield Engineering
Strong knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics and DRAM operations
Understanding of wafer fabrication process flows and parametric testing
Proven ability to collaborate across global functions and cultures
Nice-to-have
Experience with DRAM High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products
Exposure to advanced packaging and chip-package interaction
Strong curiosity about innovation and continuous improvement
Ability to drive alignment in central network-level roles
Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
2+ years experience in Product Integration, Test, Yield, or BEOL processing
Willingness to travel approximately 20–50% globally
