Must-have

  • Physical design verification
  • TSMC N7 or below technology nodes
  • EDA tools Innovus/ICC2 and Calibre
  • Signal EM/Noise and Power IR/EM analysis
  • Clock Tree Structures (CTS) implementation
  • Full-time onsite work in South Bay area

Nice-to-have

  • TSMC N2 technology node experience
  • CPU implementation methodologies
  • Advanced timing sign-off techniques
  • Mentorship and technical leadership
  • Production tapeouts for multi-million gate designs

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • 10-20 years experience in physical implementation and verification
  • Proficiency in TCL, Perl, and Python scripting
  • Experience with chip integration and sign-off procedures
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at customer location
  • Prior leadership of physical verification efforts or teams
