Key Requirements
Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree
NCSO designation required
5 years of progressive field supervision experience
Successfully supervised construction workforce
In-depth knowledge of construction industry operations
Proficient understanding of scheduling software
Ability to coordinate multiple project scopes
Thorough understanding of productivity rates
Ability to complete material, labor, and equipment takeoffs
Thorough understanding of contract language
In-depth knowledge of safety and environmental principles
