Key responsibilities include organizing and monitoring extraction operations, defining production, controlling the material processing chain, ensuring the implementation of safety, environment, quality, and management initiatives, and managing and optimizing operations including production, purchasing, sales, and deliveries.
The role involves managing personnel daily, including onboarding, safety training, and ensuring safety document signatures, as well as distributing work based on production objectives, organizational constraints, and staff skills, and proposing training to foster adaptation, versatility, and promotion.
