Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Automation Engineer is responsible for designing automation scripts, finding solutions for automation problems, and developing skills to provide up-to-date solutions using the latest software stacks and test automation frameworks.
Key responsibilities include monitoring field instruments, maintaining server stations and network topology, providing cross-functional support, troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs, and ensuring the proper functioning of safety interlocks.
The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, PLC automation software, and coding languages, with experience in specific PLC models and programming languages like STL and SCL.

Key Requirements
4+ years of relevant Automation experience
PLC technical certification
Experience with PLC S7-1500, S7-400
