• This role is responsible for the end-to-end integrity of our underwriting process, serving as the primary point of contact for underwriting deals to ensure accuracy, profitability, and alignment with growth strategy.
• Key responsibilities include managing the underwriting lifecycle, rigorously reviewing sales proformas, collaborating with sales and operations leaders, and analyzing potential impacts to asset performance.
• Metropolis values in-person collaboration with an office-first model requiring employees to be on-site at least four days a week to foster organic interactions and drive innovation.
