Job Summary
You will work collaboratively with clients and carers to support and empower them to remain as independent as they can and remain socially active within their communities.
Provide time-limited, goal–orientated care for people who have a physical disability, are frail, chronically ill or recovering from traumatic injury or illness to regain and /or maintain optimal function.
