Job Summary

• The RNA provides routine restorative nursing care designed to improve, maintain, and maximize each resident’s functional independence and quality of life.
• This role works closely with nursing and therapy teams to promote mobility, dignity, and resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve or maintain mobility and independence and encourage residents to remain active and out of bed unless medically contraindicated.
