The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the ERP systems are appropriately exploited by the users and provide the necessary technical support for the HR & Supply chain workstream.
Key responsibilities include investigating ERP incidents, providing 2nd line support, writing standard operating procedures, and supporting SMEs with complex functionalities.
The role also involves designing, developing, and testing new ERP functionality, supporting end-user training, and partnering with organizations to identify system improvements.
