Job Summary

  • The Legal Contract Management Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of various legal contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation across the organization.
  • Own and manage the BU Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring high-quality data entry, contract metadata consistency, version control, and document accessibility, while continuously improving data governance and system usability.
