Johnson Controls is seeking a Compensation Platform Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for incentive compensation management processes using SAP Callidus. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and end-user support, with a strong understanding of sales compensation processes

Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day support for the SAP Callidus Incentive Compensation system, monitoring and resolving system issues, data discrepancies, and calculation errors.
  • Validate and load transactional data into SAP Callidus, ensuring data integrity between SAP Callidus and upstream/downstream systems like CRM, ERP, and HR systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing troubleshooting, training, and documentation for business users on system functionality.
