Co-ordinate deliveries
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily inbound and outbound deliveries. Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and other logistics documents. Arrange transportation and liaise with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders. Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers. Coordinate with warehouse personnel on receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Update shipment and inventory records accurately in the ERP system. Monitor inventory movements and assist with stock reconciliation. Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve logistics-related issues. Maintain accurate logistics records and filing systems. Support import and export documentation when required. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery arrangements. Perform other logistics and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor. RequirementsMinimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or administrative support is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary
