Job Summary
The 4-H Youth Development Agent works with volunteers, public schools, & other organizations to deliver research-based, hands-on learning experiences that foster positive & healthy youth development.
The agent works closely with a broad audience base & volunteers to conduct educational programs for youth, and will be 80% 4-H and 20% Agriculture.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in agriculture or youth development
Must have transportation and liability insurance
