  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse in day-to-day recording and charting of medical or administrative information.
  • Essential duties include maintaining resident records, transcribing physician orders, managing resident admissions/transfers/discharges, and communicating with residents, families, and staff.
  • This position requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a high school diploma or GED as a minimum educational requirement.
