Job Summary
The Clinician Older Adults provides clinical assessment, treatment, care and support to older adults in the communities of Wyndham and Hobsons Bay.
The Older Adults team provides secondary consultation for older adults and clinicians in the community teams, including advice to support consumers and the broader community via a comprehensive mental health assessment and treatment.
