RADAR is seeking a Program Manager for Business Operations to work closely with the leadership team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program management, particularly in technology or high-growth startups, and will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring operational success

Job Summary

  • Partner closely with the SVP of Corporate Operations, CEO and Leadership Team to ensure strategic initiatives are operationalized and delivered.
  • Introduce and standardize project/program management processes, tools, templates, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and drive accountability across teams.
  • Promote continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration.
