Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computing, HR, or related field
  • 5+ years HR Technology or product management experience
  • Experience with enterprise HR platforms, ideally Workday HCM
  • Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR data structures
  • Experience delivering technology initiatives end-to-end
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
