Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
