• Lead the support and ownership of technical systems ensuring flawless operation for a growing portfolio of application/systems.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify, evaluate, develop and/or redesign systems, processes, and procedures to meet user requirements on large initiatives.

• 4 years related experience
• Experience with automation technologies and RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
• End-to-end ownership of technical applications
• SDLC documentation experience
