Job Summary
This role focuses on implementing systems, governance, and audits to identify and control psychosocial risks at the source rather than managing individual cases.
The specialist will lead the annual prevention program alignment with Quebec's Law 27 and Airbus global standards while coordinating with HR and operational units.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7 to 10 years of experience in organizational risk management or audit within a unionized setting.
