Must-have
5-7 years disease surveillance experience
MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BVSc degree required
Master's in Public Health or Epidemiology
Experience with IDSP/IHIP systems
Stakeholder management with MSU/DSU/ULBs
Outbreak investigation and response skills
Nice-to-have
Experience working in Bihar urban settings
Familiarity with NHM financial guidelines
Previous INGO or health systems strengthening work
Knowledge of Smart City and ICCC platforms
Partnership development with academic institutions
Key Requirements
