Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years automated packaging equipment experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Troubleshoot high-speed filling and packaging machinery
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Document work in CMMS system per SOP and GMP

Nice-to-have

  • Welding knowledge of Tig, Mig, Arc, and Gas preferred
  • Experience with ATS, RBM, and CBM methodologies
  • Ability to operate electric pallet jack or forklift
  • Basic sheet metal skills for guarding fabrication
  • Proactive approach to Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience with high-speed automated packaging equipment
  • Technical trade school certificate preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and CMMS
