Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • At least 4 years in supervisory/managerial role
  • Degree in Food Science or related field (preferred)
  • MBA or MS in Operations Management (preferred)
  • Experience in food industry R&D, QC, processing/manufacturing (preferred)
  • Experience in entrepreneurship and startup support (preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
  • Experience in product/process development, food entrepreneurship, or food processing management
  • Demonstrated success in grant writing and project development
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
