  • The Program Manager – Value Chain leads the global Delivered In Full On Time (DIFOT) program, defining a customer-back parts availability metric that measures services experience from the perspective of Mining customers.
  • This role sets the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for DIFOT development and deployment across the value chain, working directly with dealers, large mining customers, and cross‑division partners.
  • The primary work location for this role is Peoria, IL, Morton, IL or Tucson, AZ with a requirement to work on-site full-time at a Caterpillar facility.
