Salary
Base: $27.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE; Bonus/Equity: Performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends; Benefits: Health/life insurance, 401k match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, professional development
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
3+ years commercial HVAC maintenance experience
Ability to travel extensively to remote sites
Available for after-hours and weekend call outs
Pass Department of Transportation physical
Nice-to-have
Basic knowledge of electronic mechanical electrical components
Experience with refrigeration systems
Self-directed and highly motivated individual
Willingness to learn in the Telecom industry
Effective verbal and email communication skills
Key Requirements
Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required
Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
Must reside in Worcester, Massachusetts area
Must pass DOT physical examination
Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicle
