Job Summary

• The Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Technical Manager plans, designs, and administers all aspects of the City of Baltimore’s CAD and 911 technology infrastructure and operations.
• This role is responsible for the overall management of the Agency’s current CAD and 911 Systems including vendor contract oversight, database management, reports and analysis of data, and system changes.
• The position serves as the supervising manager for the CAD group and the liaison between users, vendors, and Baltimore City Agencies including Fire and Police.

$105,085.00 - $173,250.00 Annually; Starting Pay Range: $105,085.00 – $139,167.00 Annually; Benefits: Medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, optional life, AD&D, and FSA plans

Key Requirements

• 5 years CAD/911 administration experience
• 3 years supervising technical staff
• 3 years dispatching methodologies experience
• 4 Year College Degree or equivalent experience
