Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years construction project management experience
  • Critical MEP infrastructure for Datacenter
  • Onsite presence minimum 3 days per week
  • Contract administration and change order management
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations and building codes

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Procore and P6 software
  • Background in Pharmaceutical or Bio-tech environments
  • Strong cross-functional team leadership skills
  • Customer focused and self-motivated attitude

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in critical MEP infrastructure
  • Must be based in Northern Virginia/WA DC metro area
