The position requires fostering a culture of ownership and accountability while managing the performance and development of engineers and operations team managers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
10+ years process or production engineering experience
5+ years direct supervisory leadership role
Experience with highly hazardous chemicals
Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Knowledge of PLC/DCS process control systems
Ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in technical or business field
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
5S and Lean Manufacturing experience
Process hazard analysis training (LOPA/HAZOP)
Semiconductor industry purity requirements knowledge
Capital project improvement experience
Key Requirements
BS in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years in process/production engineering
