Job Summary

  • Lead a team of design engineers in the conceptualization and development of semiconductor equipment from module to machine level.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to enhance product competitiveness, improve gross margins, and extend product life cycles.
  • Resolve all technical field issues for specific product families including Sorters, Laser mark, and Scan products while ensuring on-site performance.
