  • Support sales and country teams in shaping cooling services strategy, emphasizing Recurring/Digital Services and Modernization, and build the business case for replacing outdated cooling equipment.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
  • Min 8–10 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Experience with CRAC/CRAH units and modernization
  • Experience with FanWall / EC fan retrofits
  • Experience with Liquid cooling solutions
  • Experience with Controls, BMS, and cooling optimization algorithms
  • Experience with mechanical codes and standards (ASHRAE)
  • Ability to articulate modernization ROI
  • Experience developing proposals and conceptual designs
  • Proven ability to influence customers
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Able to travel up to 60% across East Asia
