The role involves leading the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process within the plant to ensure seamless product and packaging introduction.
Candidates will be responsible for creating and modifying Bill of Materials (BOM) while maintaining accurate data in SFC and SAP systems.
The position requires providing on-the-ground support during production ramp-up and participating in continuous improvement Kaizen initiatives.
