Ensure availability of Systems, Application, Infrastructure, and Data required to execute mission requirements in line with Service Level Agreements.
Manage Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 Service Desk Support for all designated systems and services, including NOC and SOC operations, on a 24/7 hours basis.
