Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact, answering telephones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, processing mail, creating on-call schedules, and assisting with maintaining staff calendars.
  • This position will also involve posting confidential information to the student conduct database, processing room reservation requests, ordering office supplies, and assisting with special projects.
