Job Summary
Residence Life is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join the East Area office as an Administrative Support Assistant, serving as the first point of contact, in person and by phone.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact, answering telephones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, processing mail, creating on-call schedules, and assisting with maintaining staff calendars.
This position will also involve posting confidential information to the student conduct database, processing room reservation requests, ordering office supplies, and assisting with special projects.
