The role requires acting as the Co-Lead Nursing Educator to deliver training while supporting the interdisciplinary team in resident and family interactions.
Candidates must complete a 10-to-15-minute PowerPoint presentation on developing an education plan or topic as part of the application process.

Must-have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
3 years seniors care experience
CNO registration in good standing
Basic Life Support certification
Adult education experience required
Nice-to-have
Previous client needs assessment experience
Knowledge of MOHLTC Act & Regulations
Competency in Microsoft applications
Demonstrated leadership ability
Use of inter-RAI system preferred
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
