The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
The role involves administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to infection control, safety, and facility policies to ensure resident and staff well-being.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license

Experience with PCC preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
