Job Summary
Support the management of OQ Group’s assets and joint ventures (JVs) on behalf of the shareholders within the approved governance framework.
Act as the central interface between OQ Corporate, asset management, Boards, investors, and regulators by executing shareholder strategies, monitoring performance, ensuring regulatory and governance compliance, and driving initiatives that protect and enhance long‑term shareholder value.
Monitor the financial and operational performance of assets against approved business plans, budgets, and KPIs.
