5+ years defense or aerospace M&S experience

Experience planning schedule and budget estimation
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams

Master's degree in Engineering or Physics
Experience with VV&A processes for M&S
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes
Prior management experience in matrixed organizations
