Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years mission critical software experience
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Bash scripting
  • Strong Linux operating system and configuration management
  • Hands-on cybersecurity methodologies and implementation
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows and GitLab/BitBucket
  • Mentoring software professionals and agile culture

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Radar Systems and communications
  • Familiarity with Matlab, Solaris, WindRiver VxWorks
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
  • International travel capability
  • Networking protocol knowledge (UDP, TCP, SNMP)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • 15+ years of experience in software development for mission critical systems
  • Government of Canada security clearance required
  • Criminal background check mandatory
