  • This role will lead capture execution for smaller-scale opportunities and recompetes, while supporting larger, strategic pursuits under the direction of senior capture leadership.
  • The Capture Manager will be responsible for developing and executing winning capture strategies across the full lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and award—within a defined portfolio of pursuits.
  • This position is ideal for a capture professional who understands the federal acquisition environment, has contributed meaningfully to capture strategy and execution, and is prepared to take ownership of end-to-end captures for well-defined opportunities.
