Base: $25.38 - $37.23; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 10 days holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years of maintenance experience
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge
HVAC and plumbing troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical knowledge and aptitude
Preventive maintenance execution
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of CMMS and building automation
Experience training associates on equipment
Ability to work independently with judgment
Collaboration across multiple departments
Interest in implementing new process technologies
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent education
Associates degree preferred
7 years of commercial/industrial maintenance experience
