Monitor performance and conduct appraisals
Provide direction in absence of Director of Care

Key Requirements
Current certificate of competence from Approved Institutions
Registered/eligible for registration with Approved Professional Institutions
Previous similar experience in Community or long-term care
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and comprehension skills
