Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years instructional design experience
Certification in instructional design or e-learning preferred
Experience with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and Part 65
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Proven experience in aviation maintenance or technical training
Experience conducting needs and job/task analysis
