Job Summary
The Social Compliance & Ethical Sourcing, ILS Analyst role will be the primary ILS contact for implementing the ILS Program requirements across internal business units and licensees/vendors in the region.
On a daily basis, this role will support implementation of the ILS Program by acting as the main liaison for business units and licensees/vendors on all ILS Program related queries.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, training and facilitation skills, to effectively communicate Disney’s ILS Program requirements in a way that is relevant and applicable to the business unit and licensees/vendors.

Key Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience
Experience in ethical sourcing, risk, compliance
Experience in an international team
Knowledge of social compliance standards preferred
Prior Program or Process Management experience preferred
