Job Summary

  • Perform mechanical DFMEA analysis of ECU mechanical elements and assist in developing internal analysis approach and procedures for inhouse electronics designed ECUs.
  • Lead mechanical DFMEA activities for ECU mechanical elements, analyze mechanical functions, and recommend design improvements to mitigate risks.
  • Integrate Mechanical DFMEA with Electrical Component/Circuit level DFMEA(s) and perform read-across of design lessons learned across all in-house designed ECUs.
