Job Summary

  • Serve as the dedicated technology partner for our CEO, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of all executive-facing technology.
  • Provide immediate, white-glove IT support during global travel, executive meetings, and high-stakes events, including advanced troubleshooting of network and endpoint issues.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to proactively reduce risk and coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors on hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrades.
